VitalPet Labs connects you to independent licensed clinicians and a U.S. pharmacy. We coordinate the workflow so the process is straightforward from intake to delivery.

Complete the online intake
Answer a short medical history questionnaire covering your weight history, current medications, and relevant conditions. The intake is used exclusively for your evaluation.

A licensed provider reviews your case
A clinician in the LocumTele provider network — licensed in your state — reviews your intake, may request follow-up information, and determines whether GLP-1 treatment is appropriate.

Rush Pharmacy fills your prescription
If prescribed, Rush Pharmacy dispenses your GLP-1 medication and ships it discreetly, in temperature-controlled packaging where required. You'll receive tracking information by email.

Ongoing support
Message support at any time with questions. Report side effects to your provider immediately, and call 911 in a medical emergency.
VitalPet Labs does not practice medicine. Clinical services are provided by independent providers in the LocumTele network. Pharmacy services are provided by Rush Pharmacy.
