Shipping Policy

Provider review typically completes within 1–2 business days after your intake is submitted. Rush Pharmacy processes approved prescriptions the same or next business day.

Most packages arrive within 3–5 business days after they leave the pharmacy. Delivery times can vary by carrier and destination.

All shipments use discreet outer packaging without any external reference to the medication or condition. GLP-1 medications that require refrigeration ship in insulated, temperature-controlled packaging; refrigerate on arrival as directed by the pharmacy.

We ship to 49 U.S. states. We do not currently ship to California, and we do not ship internationally.

You will receive tracking information by email once the pharmacy hands the package to the carrier. For lost or damaged shipments, contact support@vitalpetlabs.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
